Nice details about tools I had not thought about recently.

I have a few good files, but I mostly use just one (a "bastard" half round).

Now that I'll do more wood work, I think I finally will find a use for my 
other shapes of files.

I don't yet have rasps, but I have one miniature italian riffler, which I 
had gotten for oil-clay work. I didn't like it for my clay purposes (my loop 
tools and rakes work better), but I think it might do a good job on wood 
pre-finishing.
