David Syrotiak lived in a part of Norwalk called Rowayton where I
lived as well, Eleanor Boylan's distributor, Pat Hale who publkished
the recent bookk on puppet heros with Joan Siegrist  (I met Pat in
'76) as well as Crocket Johnson, who wrote harold and the purple
crayon and Maurice Sendkak, for a spell, Treat Williams, who lived
next door and had a cool Ventriloquist doll I'd bug him to perform,
Andy Rooney, Horace McMahan, And Mary Martin for a lttlie while too.
When I decided to go into puppetry I got out of dodge because it was
SO expensive to live there.
