Steve.........I've attached an older photo of Hank and I.  I've since  
added jeans jacket and legs.  The cloth jacket and shirt IS the body.   
Folds flat.
I didn't add too much wood in the back of the head like a normal cloth  
puppet would have because of weight.  I have also folded down the back  
of the hat to hide the face that there is really no neck per se.   My  
question is.....do you see any quick improvements you would make or  
does he seem OK in design(proportions) from the profile to you?
I have one rod arm.  He is operated with hand going into the  
head...just like Madame.   He is wood and I have a flat piece of foam  
to keep the shape under the clothes.   I did try a full foam body  
once, but it didn't look as funny as the "flat look."
