Up to now I have only purchased two ads and that was 15 years ago and they started the whole thing going. Since then it has had a grassroots life of its own. My web sites www.hobeyford.com and www.peeperspuppet.com are where I get all my busines. That and the stores and merchants who buy from Peepers and word of mouth. I use search word "meta links" which bring my site up when people search those words on google and yahoo. I do have Google analytics account which helps me moniotor how people navigate through my site so I can make sure they're finding what they need. I mention my sites at shows and that brings in some business but really it is about 10 really good buyers and dozens of smaller ones who keep me in business. Since you have such a specific product, I'm wondering though how you drive customers to your Peepers website. Have you ever thought of using something like Google Adwords? Several puppetry related businesses do and I'm curious as to what their success rates have been. > > Robert Rogers > _______________________________________________ > List address: puptcrit-AT-puptcrit.org > Admin interface: http://lists.puptcrit.org/mailman/listinfo/puptcrit > Archives: http://www.driftline.org > _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-puptcrit.org Admin interface: http://lists.puptcrit.org/mailman/listinfo/puptcrit Archives: http://www.driftline.org
