Subject: [Puptcrit] upc code


Here's a question that you might think is off-topic, but actually relates to the business side of puppetry:  obtaining a UPC bar code for a product - like a DVD.  For instance, if you have made one and want to have it listed on Amazon.com, you must have that bar code.

There are many contradictory sites on the internet that explain the process, the reasons and the costs.

Anyone have any experience?
