One of my sons and a bunch of my grandchildren live near Vancouver Washington and I make a real effort every time I go out there to take the kids (and the parents, who help run a pretty successful community theatre) to Tears of Joy. Knowing that I love puppets my family often finds lovely puppets at yard sales and flea markets which they buy and send to me. The first three were so well made that they fairly reeked of professionalism and I e mailed TOJ to see if they had been ripped off from the company, but I never got an answer so I presume not, but there has to be some other professional puppet builders in that area. (who either dispose of excess pieces or get ripped off every once in awhile.) Richard B. I sometimes think that the final persona is the most important and most valuable. There is a performance tomorrow (Sunday) here in Medford and I going to take the family to go see them perform.
