The Ronnie burkett recipes you mentionned are a classic online.
They date back a few years, but they are still a very good read. I printed 
it a while ago, to keep in my library.

However, Burkett does not use those anymore, he told me that he uses 
Celluclay, covered with Paperclay for the finer finish.
