AWESOME video!  Thanks for finding and sharing.


Warning, tech talk follows.

Zbrush, yes I have used and it is a cool program.  It uses 
displacements(gray scale maps) to virtually sculpt in real time to see the 
results.  You can achieve this kind of results with other 3D real time paint 
programs as well.  Displacement maps have recently (last 5-6 years) become 
more viable as an option to virtual sculpt with faster chip sets in 
computers.  So basically, it will take a grayscale drawing of a face and 
translate it into a 3D surface.
Before, you could still have these maps, but you would have to render the 
image and then go back and adjust your map, then render again.  A time 
consuming back and forth method.
