Mathieu---the REAL Frances Oznowicz lived in Oakland CA with her husband Mike and their family which included Frank OZ(nowicz) of Sesame Street & Miss Piggy fame

Thanks for sharing the muppet wiki entry---I was unaware of that curious "tribute" to Frank's mother.
