Mathieu,

You just have to remember that everyone has a different agenda, and they 
don't necessarily coincide with yours.  And if this woman is a repeat 
customer, then try to remember how you spoke to her before - what worked and 
what didn't; when to add information and when not to.

And don't get carried away by your excitement!
