I'm still working on it, and will definitely post results, when something 
definite is achieved, with process and pics, on my lab blog.

The heads I'm working on are about fist size, although narrower, and not 
counting the ears (anthropomorphic animals).

Another idea to speed up the casting process tremendously popped into mind 
this morning, and I'll try it.
