Touring has been down of late which has been more Chez Hobey. SO, when you get that salmon filet home add a tablespoon of brown sugar and the same of soy sauce to the bag and put it back in the fridge. Cut wedges of potato, onion and garlic and add olive oil rosemary and salt and toss then broil at 400 turning often. Start the grilI and get the scraps from your apple wood chisel mallet you made or if you can score some alder thats even better. soak the wood chips in water and then grill the salmon 10 minutes then flip it onto foil or a cedar board from the shop to continue smoking for 20 minutes. pop a corona with a slice of lime and toss a salad together with a nice avocado. roast pecans slices and sunflower seeds fot the salad and for dressing combine basalmic vinegar, olive oil, a shot of maple syrup, salt, pepper and dill. Pop another corona and dig in. You won't eat like this at Chez Motel so remind yourself how great it is to be off the road. 2009/5/23 Mathieu René <creaturiste-AT-primus.ca>: > Thanks Hobey for the article about the mask. > I'll be glad to see a sketch of it when you share it. > > Speaking of articles, when is the next instalment of Chez Motel? > It's been a while! > _______________________________________________ > List address: puptcrit-AT-puptcrit.org > Admin interface: http://lists.puptcrit.org/mailman/listinfo/puptcrit > Archives: http://www.driftline.org > _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-puptcrit.org Admin interface: http://lists.puptcrit.org/mailman/listinfo/puptcrit Archives: http://www.driftline.org
