I once made a puppet od an oversized Hostess Twinkie for a parody of PUNCH & JUDY called LUNCH & FOODIE. LUNCH would beat up junk food puppets with a big spoon. When LUNCH hit TWINKIE white shaving cream would gush out TWINKIE'S nose holes. Kids & adults loved it. It was part of a 3 person puppet-masks-live actors musical entitled FARWELL TO FARMS back in the 1970's. It toured for years, mostly to farm communities. After the show there were often organized panel discussions with politicians, farmers and corporate types. Corporations tried to get us banned. They failed. While it was comedy, it was very well researched. - moynihan On May 25, 2009, at 2:06 PM, Mathieu René wrote: > Well, almost any food should be avoided as puppet material (at least > for > performing puppets you want to last). > > Other things that cannot be used for puppet making: > > -Hatred > -Plutonium > -Shaving Cream > -the Satue of liberty > -living babies > -used hypodermic needles found on the street > -Soilent Green > -wasted time > > > > _______________________________________________ > List address: puptcrit-AT-puptcrit.org > Admin interface: http://lists.puptcrit.org/mailman/listinfo/puptcrit > Archives: http://www.driftline.org _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-puptcrit.org Admin interface: http://lists.puptcrit.org/mailman/listinfo/puptcrit Archives: http://www.driftline.org
