In college, I did a tour up and down the east coast with a Punch and Judy show and a backpack stage, trying to perform in as many different sorts of places as possible.

Some of my favorite shows from the tour
The Gypsy market Hare Krishna Store in Atlanta, GA. Punch joined them in their chantInside a Mall food court in Baltimore where we played in exchange for fudge.A homeless shelter outside Philadelphia where the residents got very mad at the devil. An illegal punk rock show space in Charlottsville, VA where someone yelled "Punch is beyond Theology! Punch is beyond God!"Inside two different Starbucks in Washington DC. The patrons ignored it, but the employees loved it.An Anarchist/Feminist Bookstore in Chapel Hill, NC where Punch and Judy swapped roles
