Just to clarify, Gina is putting together the Southeast Regional Festival.
The Pacific Northwest Regional (Seattle) was the first one approved.  The
Great Lakes folks tried to find another weekend that would work, but the
hotel they are working with didn't have other weekends free.  Rather than
have the Great Lakes folks start over from scratch, the P of A board agreed
to allow two regional festivals on the same weekend.

I know nothing abut the P of A. Peter Zapletal is on the committee who 
oversees this so you should/could check with him.    As of Atlanta 
there are only 2 P of A Regional festivals. One is in the Seattle area 
and the other is the Great Lakes (?) region ON THE SAME WEEK END. That 
puts a spanner in the works for those of us who like to go to as many 
puppet festivals as they can. How do you choose??? Back in the good old 
days you had to have a certain number of days between sanctioned p of a 
fests. But as you are independent you can do it when you like but.... 
people who are already going to another fest will not be able to go to 
yours too.  I don't know about the SE I guess that they are sending 
their paperwork to the p of a later. Good luck Peter
