Early in our Punch careers, Stu, my bottler/husband had one removable false tooth. Kids always seemed to notice it; those who knew us would request a viewing of The Tooth. Watching Stu take that tooth from his mouth and wave it around was a favorite pre-show entertainment for our young audiences! Then Stu got a permanent tooth, and there was sadness across the land!!  8_(
