I actually they called me and turned them down last year.  My 
feelings were that my "act" was geared to smaller audiences - not big 
and splashy Vegas worthy.  Also, I didn't want to be set up (not that 
they would) as one of the "no talent" crazies that pepper the first 
few episodes in the season.
