Subject: [Puptcrit] Young Puppeteers at Los Angeles Guild of Puppetry meeting


Oct 24th. the L.A.G.O.P. presented an evening of young puppeteers ranging in age from 4 years to 11 years, and emceed by a 15 year old. There was a costume competition--since my outfit was primarily a witch hat and cape, both black plastic from the 99 Cent Store ($1.98 total plus tax), I had not planned to compete. Especially with a small pirate decked out in pirate finery. He even said "Arrrgh" after winning first prize.
