I have found that actors/puppeteers who are trained in dance, mime or mask
have an easier sense of movement than their non-dancy-mimey-masky
counterparts.

I have also found that hard core dancers and actors, in a broad sense, make
terrible puppeteers as they are more concerned about dancing about or
emoting than being behind something that's not them.

I have a graph if you want statical evidence. I got the graph from Fox News,
so you know it's fair and balanced.
