Hobey,

  I'm not familiar with the PIE list that you asked about, but most 
lists have some sort of admin or remove address at the bottom. You 
might have to jump through a couple of hoops to get there. If not, try 
typing "remove" in the subject line and sending that to the list. 
Hopefully the moderator will get back to you and let you know how to be 
removed. Or google the domain and see what comes up. Since you didn't 
put the domain or list address in your query that the best I can offer.

Short of all of that you can just block the sender's address (the list 
address) via either your mail program or your ISP and that will stop 
all mail from that address.
