She passed away within the last year or two. and I own several stop-action animation publications, acquired from her, on the making of "Hansel and Gretel," "King Kong," and one of my favorites "Flesh Gordon." The work they did was outstanding. -Steven-> In a message dated 11/28/2009 3:21:26 A.M. It is stop motion, but of a surprisingly advanced level, for the time it was made (1954). There is an absurdly short "making of", but it may just be a mistake in editing the DVD, as it stops quite abruptly after just a few minutes. The minutes they show are quite interesting though. Directed by Michael Meyerberg 72 minutes, in color. Deluxe Edition. ISBN 0-8030-2421-5 The DVD I was lent is distributed by "Collector's Catalog", New york. www.view.com _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-puptcrit.org Admin interface: http://lists.puptcrit.org/mailman/listinfo/puptcrit Archives: http://www.driftline.org _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-puptcrit.org Admin interface: http://lists.puptcrit.org/mailman/listinfo/puptcrit Archives: http://www.driftline.org _______________________________________________ List address: puptcrit-AT-puptcrit.org Admin interface: http://lists.puptcrit.org/mailman/listinfo/puptcrit Archives: http://www.driftline.org
