I found a German company online, Vosschemie (http://www.vc-24.de/), which seems promising but I don't speak/read German and even though the Google translation seems pretty good, I can't find an exact match for the neoprene product. If all else fails maybe you could take delivery of the plaster moulds and cast the figures for me (...)?
