Once a =E2=80=9Cfriend=E2=80=9D "snuggled" a gallon of neoprene to a certain puppeteer in a country North of us. It was NOT available to that country because of tariff laws. =E2=80=9CMy friend=E2=80=9D drove across the border in an R.V. and hid it well. =E2=80=9CMy friend=E2=80=9D was searched for guns but not neoprene. Normally =E2=80=9Cmy friend=E2=80=9D would not dream of snuggling but it seemed so ridiculous that puppeteers could not get this product. That was many decades ago so it must be that statutes of limitation has run out. I wouldn=E2=80=99t want =E2=80=9Cmy friend? arrested! Today's environment would be far riskier.
