Subject: [Puptcrit] Are children being exploited by performing a puppet show?

52 years is a very long time for volunteering for a museum. If the volunteers were unhappy with the arrangement, that could have been expressed.

Further, it costs something to run & maintain a museum. So the volunteers were not paying rent for the space they performed in, but they got something from the experiene, or it would not have lasted 52 years.

Without knowing what sort of museum was involved, whether a workshop was provided for making puppets, who was in charge of the puppets, how the project started, what was the quality of the shows, how much was charged for admission, if anyone involved ever involved got paid, and other details, all we know is this went on for over half a century---surely long enough to indicate the participants were willing. So how is THAT exploitation? It sounds like a mutual arrangement, where both sides got something out of it.
