The children may also be learning and practicing "socialization"
skills such as discipline, punctuality, cooperation, sharing, timing,
commitment, teamwork, scheduling, etc..  Participating in a different
social situation than home or school introduces them to the reality
that some of the rules of life also apply outside the home or school.
