I had to dig pretty deep to find something about puppets in Peru
I found this website on a newsletter shared by Latin American puppeteers

It seems to be general site for theatre in Lima, (which certainly might be
of interest)
IF you keep scrolling down there are pics of puppets and mentions of puppet
companies.
Most seem to be youth oriented
