For puppet contacts in Peru it might be worth contacting Gustavo Boada, a
Peruvian puppeteer now living and working with In the Heart of the Beast
Theater in the Minneapolis area.  His work can be seen at
myspace.com/gustavoboada, and he can be reached at gustavoboada-AT-yahoo.com.
He recently returned from a trip back to Peru so probably has a good sense
of what is going on there...
