Subject: Re: [Puptcrit] Foot pedal flash?

Thank you so much Joe. Now, I'm wondering if an LED strobe like that
would give the same effect as a single flash of light. It's certainly
worth considering and the price is reasonable. I mainly use the flash
(flash cotton) for the entrance of the devil, genie, and magical
transformations. I think I will set up my stage in the next couple of
days and try the electronic flash units that I have to see how the
effect compares to flash cotton. I think I went through this a number
of years ago and decided to stick with the flash cotton at the time,
but now I'm getting the itch to try alternatives again.

BTW - FYI - Here is a link to a page of measured trigger voltages for
different camera flash models. It's something I've been quite aware of
since modern electronics dependent cameras can get fried with high
voltages that didn't effect the old classic manual cameras.

Thanks!
