Suggest that you check it out yourself on snopes instead of just believing 
it was confirmed.
Not a dire situation....
this kind of letter has been circulating for a while.
When I get a warning like this always check it out myself on snopes.
just did a search for Mail Server Report on snopes.....

Don't freak!
