Weldbond only makes one adhesive that I'm aware of (they call it "the
universal space age adhesive"). It's amazing stuff and they have a very good
website at www.weldbond.com that explains different formulas that can be
used for different materials.* *I like using it as a wood glue because it's
doesn't require much clamping.

Weldbond sets within an hour. I've found that by applying heat from a hair
dryer it becomes tacky enough on foam to permanently glue foam within 5
minutes. It seems helpful to dilute it just slightly with a tiny bit of
water. Another trick is to apply the glue to the edges you are gluing and
let it dry to "seal" them before applying more glue to bond the edges
together. I don't use that extra step myself, but it
