What should be done when a cache of puppet related archives are found?

When Jero Magon, a founding member of PofA, died in Miami, FL, we
found a file-cabinet full of materials about puppeteers. I am glad a
fellow puppeteer had been appointed his guardian, otherwise it would
simple had been put into a dumpster.

The folks at the Puppetry Arts Center in West Palm beach agreed to
take the file cabinet and store it. But, the center has lost their
current home... well this is actually the 3rd home they've lost. So,
I don't know if they are having storage issues or even can continue
to store things.

My question is, if a place exists for something like this to go, if
there is no longer an individual who wants to keep it, and local
guild is not hosting it?
