Subject: Re: [Puptcrit] Custom puppets - question regarding previous thread

In my learned-the-hard-way opinion, 100$ is usually WAY underpriced for any
sort of puppet that is fully functionnal, let alone an actual "portrait", or
even a "vague representation" of someone specific.

Everytime I make an exception, I feel I got burned, considering my attention
to detail and obsession for doing my best. My own fault really, so to set in
place minimum prices, at least an hourly rate when everyhthing else seems
too complex to evaluate, seems to be the best defense.

Oh, and to be disciplined about keeping to a limited level of detail the
customer and I set prior to starting, is also of the utmost importance.
