Subject: Re: [Puptcrit] Sleeping on planes

How about trying, in combination of the noise cancelling headphones, long
reccordings of sounds or music you know that make you sleepy?

Constant rain pouring, and some nature-sound-gentle-music combos, or even
some relaxation albums, have helped me fall asleep when I was too hyper as a
kid.

Actually, for some relaxing purposes nowadays, I'd like to find the
following nature recordings, hours long for each, away from all human-caused
noises, in high quality:
-heavy but constant rain pouring
-Gentle rain pouring
-night-time forest sounds (from various parts of the world)
-seashore sounds (some heavy waves, some gentle)
-a thunder storm muffled, as heard from within a warm and quiet house
If anybody can reccomend a good source for threse, it would be appreciated.

Some natural fresh foods can make you sleepy.
Garlic does wonders for me.
One aspect that gets neglected in traveling is the seat. If you can find a
portable seat cover that is lightweight and makes most seats comfortable,
please let us know.
