We recently had a call from a Head Teacher of a school who was enquiring  
about the various shows we have. On being told of the cost of the show she 
chose  she said "Good God, we don't even pay our cleaners that. It makes you 
think  doesn't it. 
A. Where she placed cleaners in the order of things 
B. Where she placed puppeteers in that order
