And considering what the schools have been spitting out to represent the arts in school, Mathieu surely know a heck of a lot more than they do, I know I do, for the most part. The trick is having very high end pigments to start with. The problem with a lot of the cheaper acrylics, water colors and oils, is that they throw a bunch of crap filler in. These filler distort the blending of the true pigments. So, yes, you can get all the colors, But.... you have to be will to start with the expensive powder pigments or the very high end saturated pigments to get them. The exceptions to the rules would be fluorescents, which require special chemicals to be added or luminescent flakes of some kind. I hope this helps.
