Hello Puptcritters who have knowledge of many (if not all) things, There are so many brands and prices in the wireless headset microphone system world. Prices range from under $100 to $1000's of dollars. We've been playing small venues (50 - 100 people) without amplification but we're moving into the 300+ audience size venues. If you have recently purchased a wireless system can you share your advice, price, brand (brands to buy and brands to avoid) experience with me? I currently use a Yamaha Stagepass portable PA and have a single VHF Sam Ash brand of wireless headphone. It ain't the cream of the crop but it has been adequate. I need to have 3 wireless mic's all working together. My goal is to stay under $1500 (and considerably lower priced functional stuff would be even better). If you have a system that you have outgrown but is in good working condition I'd be interested in talking with to too.
