Really?  How would that work?  Is it one lane in each direction and a 
center lane for turning.  Those I've seen here quite often.  Or is the 
center lane used for traffic in either direction (not at the same time 
of course *g*) depending on the time of day.  Those I saw when I lived 
in Missouri.

My favorite aunt was from VA.  She couldn't pronounce revolver (all 
those r's you know).  Lots of fun to play Clue with.
