Whatever was I thinking when I questioned his sanity? He's entirely sane and mature enough to use Weapons of Mass Destruction in a responsible manner. But I have to clear up some defintional porblems you seem to have: "Napalm and carpet bombing" (what is "carpet bombing, anyways?) are not Weapons of Mass Destruction and "Killing is killing" isn't a truism.
