I thought that social struggle is what all anarchists stand for, despite other tendencies among them! I mean, what kind of anarchist is one that does not adopt, believe to and wage social struggle? Social struggle is not an option for the people: the State is fighting Society, most people do not realise this, but others (like anarchists) do! > > However, I'm now working on a section called "does > social struggle do more harm than good?" -- given > that the net result of social struggle is sometimes > very bad repression, unemployment, even fascism, > does this mean that it can only make things worse? > I have my own viewpoint on this, but I was > wondering what others thought about it. This question is invalid to me! As I said before, social struggle is not an option, and we all are forced to wage it! Also, social struggle is not a "moment" in History: the various historic revolutionary and social struggle "events" we testify are only valuable snapshots during Human History, i.e., during History of Social Struggle! "Bad" or "good" we have to wage (our) social struggle! If we are good people, our struggles will be good as well! Who are eligible to decide weather our struggles are "good" or "bad", "effective" or "ineffective"? We are, but the future generations, too! What we all have is social struggle! If its value is canceled, then we anarchists have no reason to exist!!! We have to maintain our old values alive, and prevent sceptecism to develope inside them and us... That's what I think... -- Send your replies to: anvo-AT-freemail.gr or adipas-AT-mailgate.gr
