Another theory is that male spiders suffer from premature ejaculation and
the female spiders kill them in frustration. However, as the male spider has
already impregnated the female, this unfortunate trait is carried on  from
generation to generation. one of evolution's smaller failures. (We won't
discuss the big failure, as he seems to be taking his ANuS dumps somewhere
else.)
