Exactly.  If, for instance, someone put a gun to my head and said "Work."  
I'd be perfectly free to say no and have my head blown off.  Similarly, any 
worker is free to quit any job they don't like and just get on without 
luxuries like food, shelter and clothing.  Ahh, the sweet smell of bourgeois 
freedom...intoxicating ain't it?
