According to it, Adam and Eve were created around 6000 BC. this flatly contradicts almost all of science, and some history too. As I recall, the oldest Neanderthal bones are a bit older than that, not to mention the fact that the Earth has been around for quite a hell of a lot longer than any life on it. You gotta love religion. While I'm talking about Jennifer, I might add that she is doing an essay for english about Thoreau. Originally, she was going to outline his beliefs according to my copy of civil disobedience, but found out that she would need more material. Now she's comparing the ideals of Thoreau with his inspirer, Emerson. An essay that I would like to do (but isn't covered by the guidelines of the project in question), would be to compare and contrast Jesus and Buddha, or, if I wanted to stretch it, Jesus, Buddha AND Mohammed. That'd be an enlightening project. Chris
