Well, I usually do maintain a fairly positive disposition.  I figure 
that there is not a whole lot I can do to change the situation, so I try 
to make the best of it.  The last week, however, has been pretty crappy.  
I always knew that my neck could cause me problems in the future, but I 
didn't think it would be this soon or this severe.  It was just sort of 
shocking to be confronted with it.  I am beginning to regain my 
composure now, though.
