The problem isn't muscular.  The spinal column is bent.  Parts of it 
have fused itself naturally over time and part was fused during my 
initial surgery.  It is the type of thing that has to be corrected 
internally.  However, a hot shower does help to reduce the pain some. 
And I was told to get in shape.

I had spinal cancer when I was 13.  This is an after effect of the 
cancer and the surgery I had to remove it.
