Given your governments' record on uncovering paedophile rings and 
mass child murderers, Belgium will probably be the safest place to be 
in spite of this.

I guess the only way will be to revert to the carrier-pigeon, except 
the trigger-happy carnivores across the pond will probably mistake 
them for a food opportunity.
