And a non-biased >source of information to boot! > >wally >------------- And yours is unbiased? How about a quote from the big book itself: "Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God." Colossians 3:22 "Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters accourding to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto christ." Ephesians 6:5 "And if a man smite his servant, or his maid with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall surely be punished. Notwithstanding, if he continue a day or two, he shall not be punished; for he is his money." Titus 2:9-10 The same passage I've seen in the NIV version: "Teach slaves to be subject to their masters in everything to try to please them, not to talk back to them, but to show that they can fully be trusted." "Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme: or unto governors." 1 Peter 2:13-14 I can go on and on. I've also read Tolstoy's, "Christian Anarchism." But it only makes sense if you haven't read the bible. Holden
