Nobel Prize officials have announced that President Clinton
  is among 118 nominees for the 1999 Nobel Peace Prize.
    - among other nominees are: U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan,
      Pope John Paul, U.S. Balkans peace negotiator Richard
      Holbrooke, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the relief
      agency Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) and the Salvation Army.
