I've never thought that in an anarchist society that anyone/method would have the power to decide upon who recieves what job. Neither election nor random selection should decide someones work and it would be meaningless to say that one person had a single job when he might participate in numerous other activities that his skills can contributed .Jobs should be taken by whoever is doing the work and in that way everyone would be able to contribute to their own ability.
