One wouldn't necessarily need to recreate the hunter-gatherer mode of
living: there's nothing that says all tribes must be hunter gatherers.
However, if there were some way to "get rid of" 9/10 of the population of
this planet, it would be better for all involved.  The thing is, no one
seems to have a good way to do it...
