being intrigued and having poked around in the website, i'd say that this
'anarcho-tribalism' theory uses terms that are defined in the context of
fictional stories.  Thus "tribes" used here does not refer to tribes as the
word is commonly used.  Tribes are not inherently unhierarchical.  As best
as i can see, "tribes" means communalist societies, not necessarily
ethnically based.  Same goes for "survival of the fittest", although i
didn't figure out what that phrase is supposed to mean in the context.

A bit confusing.
